I understand that my order is CUSTOM DESIGNED and non returnable/refundable. Any incorrect orders or cancellations before your order is completed will inquire a  service 20% fee deducted from your refund.

Orders will ship the MONDAY/TUESDAY/WENDESDAY PRIOR to my booked date. all orders receive tracking once shipped. It is your responsibility to track your order and reach out within 1-3 of delivery with any issues that may arise.

Orders without details/colors will be designed at the discretion of Décor By Ky. Please be as detailed as possible when ordering.

We are not responsible or any SHIPPING delays.

Any issues with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Any later and we will not be able to assist.

ALL LETTER AND NUMBER DECOR ARE MADE OF PAPER  MACHE MATERIAL AND BACKS ARE PAINTED SOLID.

 

 

Handmade Disclosure

 

All of our products at Décor By Ky are handmade or hand crafted, they are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. As a result products will have subtle variations and imperfections from one piece to the next, caused by variations in the letter crafting as well as the hand crafting. These imperfections are what make your order unique. No two orders are alike.

 

The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. Your order will be created as per you order form requests. We must advise that although we try our utmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products cannot be 100% accurate. All orders are thoroughly inspected for any fixable imperfections before shipping. Any flaws left unattended that you may receive are those that are part of the handmade process and cannot be altered.

 

We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell. As well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one of a kind, hand crafted item.

Please include photos of the items when inquiring so we may decide if the issue was actually damage during shipment. This will allow us to evaluate the issue for quality and processing issues as well as damage or shipping claims. Please do not alter or add to the item in any way.
